I ordered a garment to wear under an evening gown for a special occasion. It arrived the day before the event, and was so small that I couldn't even get it on to see if the style would work. I ended up going to a mall to get what I needed and contacted Luna's Wish to request a return address and refund. They responded by offering to send me a different style and size IF I sent them more money! I explained that I couldn't even get it on to see if the style was right, and that I no longer needed it. Radio Silence!!! I have sent SEVERAL emails and haven't received any further responses from them. At this point it's not about the money, it's about CUSTOMER SERVICE! Something that they obviously don't know or care about. BEWARE!!
