Bought a Halot-Mage… I wouldn’t bother again
Bought a Halot-Mage, got super excited about all the models I was going to make and paint with the kids. Printer arrives and I set it up, amazing! Use it twice, go to turn it on the following day after test prints and nothing. I emailed daily for support with nothing back and eventually spoke to someone on chat. 2 weeks ago today my printer was delivered, it’s been a very expensive desk ornament for the last 12 days!! Absolutely shocking customer services and would not recommend
