We purchased a sofa bed
We purchased a sofa bed. Upon arrival, we notice a defect in one of the colors of the material. We notified Shop4seats as soon as we noticed it. After communicating the issue to the Shop4seats staff. That is when the excellent service started. Regina, Richard, and Manny worked together on replacing the entire sofa bed. We can't express more admiration for this company and its staff. We will definitely do more business with Shop4seats in the near future. We will also highly recommend Shop4seats to our friends and the entire RV community that we travel with.
