Excellent service. Fast, polite, and offered useful options for returning the incorrect case. I live in Canada, so returning to the US isn't usually worth the cost of shipping. But the support agent offered a refund if I cut up the old case and included a video with the current date. I really, really appreciate this and am very happy with how it turned out.
