Good product, until it became a fire hazard
I liked this product until it malfunctioned. The Polar Wet Food Feeder (PLAF109) worked well at first, but a plastic component inside the rotating tray melted from internal heat during normal use — it was too hot to touch when I took the tray out. I reported it to support with photos right away. Weeks later, they still haven't issued a refund or replacement, and keep asking me to measure the internal temperature with a thermometer instead of just addressing the defect. Disappointing, especially since this seems like a real fire hazard. Customer Service is non-existent.
