I only got 3 boxes in total from purple carrot. The first and second box were missing ingredients. One recipe I got, the Japanese gnocchi was literally missing the togonashi spice packet that is basically the entire flavoring of the dish. They offered me ZERO refund for this and claimed I didn’t tell them in 7 days when I absolutely did reach out within 7 days for that second box. They only offered me a $10 credit to be used towards my next box (and why would I want to buy another box after dealing with missing ingredients making the meal pretty much inedible). I’ve never had problems with hello fresh or green chef missing ingredients. Also the meals are just not worth the price. One of the meal options was legit 350 calories. That is not a meal my friend… that’s a snack for $13.99. Never again.
