Long time customer
I have been a customer since around 2013 and I must say I did meet some really hard sellers which made me feel so pressured when coming for treatment. Eventually I stick to Irene at Raffles place branch because I feel more comfortable with her doing my treatments. Sometimes will shift around branches but I think it doesn't matter. Recently I wrongly went to the branch at Wheelock instead of Raffles place and was served by Fiona Yee. I must commend for her professionalism and attentiveness with doing my underarms and legs, making me feel very comfortable throughout the treatment. I hope the management reward those who are really sincere and working hard to serve the customers well.
