Great connection with suppliers but no support for a dispute
Great connection with suppliers. All trades accept for one went well. The one mentioned went well too until we have received an order with 10% missing and with alternated logo over the whole back of a jacket that was missing a letter .. this is a year ago. The supplier agreed to a refund and asked for a link to be created. Doesn't communicate since. I have asked Made-in-China.com for the link, nothing until now, and since August there no replies to any emails. I occasionally get through on the web's chat, just to be told to write an email and that someone will gat back soon. I never hear back .. Sad to write this as the overall service of the pages is great, suppliers communicate when starting a deal up but then all communication and support seems to stop .. I would love to be wrong but tens of unanswered emails are a proof .. Edit on 08.01.2025. I have received a reply to this review, that the transaction is over a year old. Yes, it is and over a year I am asking for a solution. Just to reply to this review too over months!!! Nor replies to my emails still continue!!!
