Top Notch CUSTOMER SERVICE
We were already sold on the quality of the EZ-UP product line, but both Robert and Andrew were so knowledgeable and well-versed on many things that make EZ-UP truly unique and the best choice for us. They were very professional and made us feel valued as customers. Andrew and Robert went above and beyond to help us get the perfect EZ-UP for camping tailored to our needs as a family !! In addition they gave us some ideas to make utilizing our new PYRAMID even better and made us aware of many other products to enhance our camping experience !! We will 100% be returning customers as well as sending family and friends their way !! This was truly customer service and representing the EZ-UP line at it's very best !!! (and bottom line they are both just really nice guys.... easy to talk to and a pleasure to do business with !!
