Buyer Beware of ChicHer Jewelry!
I ordered two sets of earrings. Both earrings delivered were wrong. The first set, I never even tried on and a stone fell out. That is not to mention that they sent the wrong colour. After over a dozen emails, they finally refunded me. The other earrings were wrong, too. I tried them on anyway but found that the posts were very large and had a hard time getting them on. The posts also had hard edges to them. I wore them for a few hours and they were extremely uncomfortable. The company offered me a 15% discount on earrings that were wrong and that were unwearable. Then they suggested that I gift them to a friend so that they could be uncomfortable, too. These back and forth emails took over a month. There is no customer service with ChicHer Jewelry. Buyer Beware!
