The WORST Customer Service - HANDS DOWN!
I have had my machine for 1 1/2 years. It has sat unused for 99% of that time. When I first got it, it didn't work right. I tried back & forth with --It's hard to even call them Customer support, because there is NO support! You have to email back and forth. Had a family issue that took 100% of my time until recently. I dusted off the machine, and was trying to get back at it. Second cut in, the laser head crashed into the back of the machine and ripped off. Here we go with customer support AGAIN! Send us pictures and explain what happened. 50 pictures and 47 explanations later, they send me a tiny metal plate and a screw. Yea, thats not going to fix this crap! Without actually speaking to someone, you can NEVER get your point across! I've dealt with horrible service before, but this is ABSOLUTELY to worst for what we pay for these machines!!
