You can't trust them!
If I could give zero stars, I would. This company operates in the American market but does not respect standard refund policies or basic customer service expectations. Dealing with them has been extremely frustrating and exhausting. The shoes they sent were significantly smaller than the standard American sizing. Despite the issue being entirely their responsibility, they refused to send a replacement unless I paid additional shipping costs. After countless unresolved emails and ongoing stress, I finally gave up. I am losing my money because this company refuses to properly resolve the problem or issue a fair refund. I strongly advise customers to avoid buying from them. Their practices are unprofessional, unfair, and far below acceptable standards.
