Is Copymatic AI a Scam?
I purchased the pro plan from Copymatic a year ago. When the plan expired, I renewed my subscription on January 24. However, when I try to use any tool, it says I have "Insufficient credits". I contacted them via email, Twitter, and all possible windows but didn't get a response. It has been 4 months and I can't use the service despite an active subscription. I don't know how to claim a refund or sue them.
