Unresolved Issue/ Customer service doesn't exist
I ordered the Xiaomi 15 Ultra Photography Kit on 04/03/2025, but due to a technical issue, some of the items were removed from my order while I was in the process of paying. After I noticed this on my invoice, I immediately escalated the issue, but despite my efforts, the order was not suspended or corrected. If I had known that the photography kits were not included, I would not have purchased the phones in the first place. I spent over £2,000, and yet Xiaomi completely ignored my complaint. I was offered a £5 coupon as compensation, which is completely unacceptable for such a major issue. Even after spending three days on live chat with customer support, my issue remains unresolved. I have now received the incomplete order without the photography kit, and no proper solution has been offered. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating. I expected better service from a company like Xiaomi, especially after trying to resolve this issue for over a week. I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious when ordering from Xiaomi.
