Poor Customer Service and No Accountability
I ordered online from Fabindia while visiting India and provided my international number which the courier website translated to an Indian number, supposedly verified the OTP at the address I am at and delivered it to me in person. The Fabindia customer rep insinuated that I was lying as it was OTP verified and would not address the issue. This is not the same company I have been buying for the last 10 years. PLEASE STAY AWAY AND DO NOT BUY FROM ONLINE.
