Full refund given
After understanding that I had accidentally reactivated and been charged for a full year, the contact Sabrina, gave me a full refund that would hit my credit card in 5-7 business days. The transaction for $184.99 was recorded to my American Express credit card in a pending state on 5/24/2026 and as of today 5/25, is still pending.
