Worst of the worst. If you need assistance, you will never be able to talk to anybody. No call center. They will only use chat bot. Even you are maybe able to reach an agent to assist, the queue is minimum 2 hours (this is written in the reply from the chat bot). Avoid Traveloka like the plague.
