Felt I was robbed of £34.99, but…. After contacting customer support they refunded my monthly subscription, and my bank has blocked them anyway. Like many others, I completed an IQ assessment for 99p (122 seeing as you ask) didn’t even follow up by reading the report. Then, “behind my back”, they seem to have surreptitiously signed me up for a subscription. Be careful people! But if misled, like me, contact support and you will be refunded.
