Total scam. I've been trying to withdraw my money since 25/11/2024. The betting company keeps making excuses. First, they said there were too many withdrawal requests, then it was the weekend, and the payment was automatically rejected. After that, several of my withdrawal attempts weren't even acknowledged. I tried withdrawing money again on 6/1, but it was rejected with the excuse that my bank statement was outdated. I sent them the updated statement via email, and to this day, no one has responded. The live chat keeps repeating that I will receive a reply. I strongly recommend avoiding this casino because you will never get your money. They won’t respond, and after some time, they’ll claim your documents are outdated and start the whole cycle again. It cost me 350 EUR—don’t register, or you’ll lose your money.
