As I am new to shaving my head
As I am new to shaving my head, I had a problem with the cleaning of the heads on this Swissker 7. I called customer service and got instruction on what she needed from me, I emailed her and within 5 min i had received a confirmation email saying that she had received my email and that she had forwarded it to a Agent for review. With in that same 5 min, I had received a confirmation that my shaving head would be replaced at no additional cost. I could not be more impressed with the Customer service I received. Thank you
