Do NOT purchase unlimited data pack. No response from support.
Package bought - 21 days unlimited data. Worked fine the first 4 days. 5th day - it stopped working abruptly even though signal is on five bars. Getting speeds of 0.02 Mbps on speedtest, unable to load google maps or even complete a google search. Contacted support. They say my connection has been refreshed and to restart my phone. Problem remains unresolved. Contact support again and have been ghosted by the support team since…. A few hours has passed now and still no reply from their whatsapp support. Overall a horrible experience.. Update - 24 Hours Later A “supervisor” named ‘Kay’ reached out after i posted a negative review and he said the issue was being investigated by the ‘network team’. He fed me a couple of templated apology paragraphs etc and said they will personally provide an update if the network team does not reach out within 2 hours. He did not provide an update, nobody reached out and issue remained unresolved Update - 48 hrs later. Still no reply or update. It appears their ‘unlimited’ packs are a complete scam. According to their T&C Once you use 3GB a day they throttle your connection to 1Mbps. Which is completely false as my speeds were consistently <0.03 Mbps. Less than 3% of their advertised speeds. So slow that it is completely unusable. Which in some situations can be dangerous when you can’t access basic maps especially when travelling! So really the 21 day unlimited pack is more like a 63GB pack and is NOT unlimited (3GB/day) Save yourself some money and just purchase 2x 40GB packs or try a different company.
