Just a few days ago we did our return flight with batik airlines from Denpasar to Brisbane. We got mixed up with our dates which left us running through the airport to make our flight. Even though there was only 40mins until the flight was due to takeoff the hostess checked us in in record time and advised us to run. At no time did she even suggest we were too late. We were so appreciative as the plane left on time and it would have been a massive issue to rebook flights , accommodation etc. She was so understanding and we felt she understood our dilemma. The flight was smooth and event free with our luggage arriving as safely as we did. We really can t thank them enough.
