We achieve a great engagement without noticing
Speaking English daily made me expand my vocabulary and upgrade my level, even if your voicenotes are short at the beginning, they will eventually get longer. Sometimes my teacher also answers my voicenotes instantly and it makes me engage more and more. They also insist on everyday's topic so that you don't forget your homework.
