Item never arrived - I got a refund
I was going to write a terrible review here if I didn't get a refund, so I feel it's only right to leave a positive review since they refunded me. Rating four stars because I found DHgate's dispute page difficult to figure out. The dispute page gave me no confidence that I had submitted my refund claim correctly. I do my purchases on my laptop. I wouldn't recommend attempting to submit a dispute using a smart phone.
