Its rather disappointing when shopee has turn its back against seller whom spend efforts to make their selling platform a success. Shopee ALWAYS benefits the buyers in all way for unreasonable return and refund, or buyers claiming that package short of items which is not true. We have encountered many cases of buyers (package of few items) claiming shortage and SHOPEE will refund buyers at sellers expense. This is how seller will lost its item plus money by refunding to buyer for unreasonable case raise. Shopee will claim that seller did not send the items and make seller suffer lose. This is the turning point of an ecommerce giant, such a win - lose situation will be declining fast in business partnerships
