I ordered 2 light fixtures- one a modern chandelier lamp that was well packaged on arrival and fairly easy to assemble and mount. The second arrived several days later and is a ceiling mount. Based on the instructions there are missing parts for mounting the fixture. I used the service email provided to contact them and was asked to send pictures. It took several days before I was contacted by them again in response to my numerous emails asking how to return the item. They told me it was inspected and all parts were present but the fully refunded my payment and did not want the fixture back. Shipping took over a month but I expected that with the distance, and politics affecting everything we do globally so if you order from them, expect that. The quality of the chandelier lamp was great but the ceiling mount less so My experience with the company overall was positive- the response to my emails was slow but I also think the time difference accounts for that somewhat. We are used to fast delivery with Amazon and US companies but international shipping may encounter a lot of obstacles. Thank you for the refund and professional response.
