Never got my product for…
I've been waiting for a product for around 3 months now. They still stay they deliver the console but they are not responding to my emails and they are not willing to address this concern. This console was a gift for my couple, but they are not responding, even after I provided proof that the mail company didn't receive the package. I need the corresponding compensation, new placement or whatever it takes to have my console back. Very disappointing, it was a Christmas gift.
