Terrible Support
First of all the setup is extremely unprofessional a lot things have to be done manually instead of an automated system which means you depend on their customer support. If you are lucky you might get a response with a few hours if you're not then you might have wait for more than 20 hours for a single response. Also the start time they stated on their website differs from what you are told AFTER you made the purchase.
