WORST COURIER IN WHOLE MALAYSIA.. Not sure why it still exist. Customer support reply slow, wont reply, their Whatsapp set 24hr disappearing msgs maybe already know their service sucks, scare ppl screenshot and complaint. 31 May stated Departed, 07 June still havent arrive. Called 5 times CS, each give different answer and fake promises. State will reach this evening, check tmr morning, maybe stucked at Custom, promise will call me but didnt and I have to call back, say reached already but havent deliver, then say belum deliver and will inform me when delivered. The truth is, they dont even know where the fk is my parcel.
