Absolute junk - please avoid!!!!!!
I was misled when purchasing what I believed to be an advent calendar of crocheted emotional support buddies, noting all four slides of photos on the website clearly showed these. What was not obvious was the fourth slide showed a side profile of a piece of plastic which I had taken to demonstrate the dimensions. What I received was too embarrassing to gift as planned - it was a box of plastic photos of said crocheted figures. I have politely asked the seller for their return information, aware that I would have to cover return costs. Noting I had paid £3.99 for delivery, I expected these would be in the same region. Instead the Seller has continually questioned my reason for return and insisted I send photos. Now, they want me to pay $20 to return said item, but only with their permission - an amount that is more than the product itself is worth hence forcing me to keep it.
