TERRIBLE SERVICE and forget about getting money back if you want to return
I have been trying to return the shirts because they are too big and too long and they came too late and I just keep getting the runaround from customer service. I just need an address on where to send them so that I can get them done and I know I can only have 30 days and I’m afraid my time is running out, I’ve been waiting for survey so I can explain that. It’s very hard to get a hold of anyone from the company. UPDATE: 6:30am 6/8/24 DO NOT BUY FROM THEM… they will not refund your money in full at all…they are offering me 10% of what I originally paid and I have never wore them. They are company in China and you get a different person every time they respond which takes a day! Terrible company goes to show only buy American! Your teacher money will be wasted! I can’t stress enough to you all to NOT PURCHASE from this company. UPDATE AS OF 9:00am 6/8/24 The below reply is a standard message… I can screenshot all the emails I have been sending this company at that email and they are giving me the runaround. They are not responding. They are not doing it in a timely manner. And they are not refunding me anything. Again, TEACHERS, I’m telling you do not buy. UPDATE as of 6:00pm 6/8/24 Now they want me to keep the useless shirts and only give 30%of my money back… WHERE IS THE FULL REFUND THAT YOUR POLICY STATES??? Please teachers do not buy from this company!!! Update 6/21/24 I FINALLY got my full refund… they asked me to change one a one star to a better score for a review…I’ll give them a 2! STILLdo not buy from them!!!!
