Unfortunately sellers aren’t treated fairly here. I was paid a smaller amount as an income but charged an unfair amount of refund. After chasing endlessly and getting no proper response once I started selling on fleek again I was charged unfairly and told your key account manager did this and he left so we can’t do anything? I trusted the platform, not the key account manager. The math was unethical and barely any support! If anyone who cares about this company is reading this as a previous employee and big promoter of fleek please train your people to not do unethical math for an extra few bucks ripping off small businesses!
