These inserts helped correct an issue that developed over the past few years, after foot surgery. I felt the difference by muscle soreness in my shins and calf area. I have owned a Black and Decker Dirt Buster Cordless lithium vacuum for a couple of years.I felt compelled to write a review. This is by far the best handheld vacuum I have ever owned. I have owned a few machines over the years. This vacuum is used at least weekly at a minimum to vacuum cat air from patio furniture cushions. The Black and Decker is better than my Dyson. I also use it for the car. I highly recommend this vacuum. You will not be disappointed. Best value I have ever had in a vacuum.
