Very Disappointing Support Experience
My experience with this company has been very disappointing I contacted customer support regarding a payment issue, but it's now been 5 days and I still haven't received any response. When you're dealing with payment problems, waiting this long without any update is frustrating and makes it feel like customer support doesn't really care about its users. I would recommend thinking carefully before using this service if reliable customer support is important to you. I also noticed that many of the recent 5-star reviews in 2026 are marked as: "This reviewer was automatically invited to write a review following their experience with the company. This type of review is automatically labeled verified." I'm not saying those reviews are fake, but seeing so many reviews with the same verification label makes me question whether the overall rating reflects the experience of customers who encounter problems and need support. I hope the company improves its customer service because, based on my experience, it has been very disappointing.
