A real user experience
Paid for a PREMIUM server 2 days ago and have had nothing but issues. Poor perfomance and constant crashing. After a crash the server will no restart andis down for hours before I get a responce from a support ticket. In the last two days server has been down or unplayable for over 10 hours.
