Cici and Daisy have been fantastic to work with. Their customer service is great, they explain the processes behind pin manufacturing when I have questions, and you can tell how much their factory employees and sales reps care about quality. I've worked with many pin manufacturers and Blythe does really well with pin quality and customer service! Just go into it knowing high quality pins take time, around 2.5 months of production total at least in my few orders with them so far.
