Honorial

Honorial is a trading scam

The company is a scam. I ordered pretty pastel coloured dresses with "Japanese art linen" in the title description. I received the cheapest synthetic drab overalls, badly made, in garish colours, with some spots. I sent photos to Honorial, immediately packed them in the same parcel as instructed (parcels have return labels on them) and sent to Koln (I live in Germany), where they came from. Parcels were accepted at the post office, but returned back to me a day later. So the 14 days return mentioned in the conditions is a lie. All this time I have been corresponding with them, asking to send me a proper return sticker. They made sure they dragged time, emails from the "company" arrived as "copy and paste" half-literate sentences, sometimes with "honorial", other times from "honorary" in the email address, all from hotmail, (legitimate businesses don't use hotmail!). Emails offered first 15% discount, then 25%, then 30%, ignoring my request for a return sticker. One email said "return to China", giving some Chinese address. There is no telephone number, no company address or registration number. It looks like the scam is multi-layered, the original pictures of "Japanese linen dress" come from a design company and distributed all over internet, whilst the awful polyester products are copied in sweatshops and forced on customers. Returns are not possible. Discount is purely a matter of how much this company steals - $100 or $70. It is still a theft. The experience needs to be investigated by digital trade commissions (I must pursue this). Don't buy and get ripped off, friends.
