No confirmation and no tracking number after aquisition
Finally I received the package 36 days later. The battery is fine. It should be noted that it does not have the charge counter reset and does not record how many charges it makes - as the original one does. I conclude that the battery is rebuilt. In conclusion, if you do not have high demands, the product is good at this price. _______________________________________________ Later edit: They finally replied to my email and sent me a copy from the order confirmation, with the promise that they would send me the tracking code the same day - still waiting... They informed me up front that there would be delays in delivery. So the delivery times given on the website are not related to reality. We'll see what happens next. ______________________________________________ I placed a battery order two days ago. I received no order confirmation or order number, no tracking number, nothing. My payment was cashed by "Computers Accessories HK Mongkok Kowlo". I contacted them through the contact form on the website. No one answered.
