I would give 0 stars if I could terrible customer service
I would give 0 stars if I could. The product was only of average quality at best, but the biggest issue was the customer service. As many other reviewers have mentioned, communication is terrible. Messages were largely ignored, and there was little effort to resolve the problems I experienced. After returning a faulty item at my own expense, I was promised a replacement, which still has not been received despite significant delays and very poor communication throughout the process. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
