Order shoes paid very expensive express shipping still have not received after 3 weeks
I ordered a pair of shoes and I also put in an extra $19 for express shipping. It has been almost 3 weeks now. I have not received my shoes. I tried to message the company to cancel my order and to get a refund with no response I don't get it tracking number. And the website just tells me that they received my order. On my PayPal with that paid it with it states that is a kitchen gadget company!! I feel like I may have been scammed. And I don't know how to get my money back or anything because PayPal doesn't give you the option either. PayPal just says to message the company. I guess I'm out $72. Lesson learned
