I used their service for 2 years
I used their service for 2 years, then suddenly they stopped approving my clients' transactions. I spent months with support trying to fix it without success. Then I realized that Rapyd was not interested in me as a client since my volume of transactions was low. So, I closed my account and requested to withdraw the remaining balance. I received only part of the amount, and 40% of my balance was retained as a fee without any explanation. I feel robbed by this company, and there is nothing I can do.
