Great first experience
Booked last minute at a few days' notice but managed to confirm an appointment easily and smoothly on the platform. It is a first time for me and there is a lot to unpack so an hour isn't enough but i appreciate that my therapist was patient and did not cut me off through my explanation. She took care to focus and give me time to process my emotions too. Felt good being able to speak freely and be heard by a professional that is not involved in the situation.
