They scammed me
They scammed me. I ordered a pair of contacts that never arrived. According to USPS, the addressee moved without leaving a forwarding address. However, this isn't true because I confirmed using the correct address I always use without any issues on other websites. I attempted to get a refund, but they insisted I either pay for return shipping or a 30% cancellation fee. It's outrageous and clearly a scam. I strongly advise against using this place. I'm currently disputing the charge on PayPal.
