Like so many people I was concerned about ordering from JJ's House once I read the negative reviews. I was looking for a bespoke prom dress for my daughter (off the peg sizing causing us a few difficulties). The options seemed to be to spend £400 at a UK based establishment or take a punt on an online establishment based abroad. At first we spent £20 on getting 3 "Try on at home" dresses. These dresses arrived promptly and we had no problem sending them back after we had finished with them. We were then given a discount if we ordered a "to keep" dress which basically refunded us our £20 fee. We ordered a custom sized dress. The dress arrived quickly and was good quality. The dress fit reasonably well and my daughter is very happy. The entire process, with postage, ended up costing us £115 which felt like a bargain when you consider the other options.
