Robo baby shark leaked battery fluid and company did not respond
We bought a Zuru Robo Alive Baby Shark Robo toy for bath time. Great idea, horrible execution. The toy is not sealed properly and it allowed water into the battery compartment which causes the batteries to expand and leak fluid into my infants bath within the first two weeks of using the toy. I contacted their customer service with proof of purchase, photos of the damage, and have waited 2.5 weeks without a reply. No response despite three contacts. No response despite showing all the the evidence and issues. No response despite battery acids LEAKING INTO MY INFANTS BATH. Don’t support this brand. Don’t support this product.
