Helps me stay asleep
I've had shingles and I started taking the gummies with THC for sleep. I was having a very hard time staying asleep and waking up rested. A friend of the family recommended these gummies and I order them I've slept the entire night about 90 percent of the time. I take other supplements and I think something I'm taking is causing me to wake up. I've enjoyed these for helping me sleep. I make sure I'm in bed about 45 minutes after I take it so when it takes effect, I turn off the TV and I'm out. I'll continue to take these. I appreciate the customer service as well.
