Hardly ever works
Hardly ever works. Used to work fine a couple of years ago but they've added so much stuff and the more they add the worse things work. Only calls and messages work for the most part. List of things that NEVER work: browser history, photos, video preview, screentime, keylogger, mail tracking, none of the social apps, and none of the video apps. The live recording is hit or miss, mostly miss and the same with remote control. Set the timer and it's works fine throughout the night taking dark pictures but day time it stops functioning. Constantly cuts itself off as well. It's seriously bugged. Customer support is useless. They only send trouble shooting solutions and seem to know nothing of how their product actually works.
