This was my first purchase from fan jackets. The quality of the leather was excellent. It was very reasonably priced. I had purchased the wrong sizes, which was my mistake. The customer service agent Moses could not have been more helpful in helping me exchange the products. The customer service was an actual human being who is communicating with you by email and you were getting specific responses to your questions not computer generated general responses. The responses to my questions came very quickly. I am very impressed overall with the product and the exceptional customer service and I will be ordering again. I highly recommend this company for leather jackets.
