My payout was approved by Risk Management, which the company has already confirmed in writing. However, Accounting has not completed the payment, and it has now been over 50 business days beyond the stated timeline. Despite multiple follow-ups and escalations: No transaction reference has been provided No confirmed processing date has been given No written explanation has been offered for the delay My most recent formal follow-up received no response at all I have remained professional and attempted to resolve this internally, but indefinite delays and complete non-response are not acceptable when a clear payout timeline is advertised. Over the course of multiple escalations: No transaction reference has been provided No specific payout date has been given No written explanation has been offered for missing the published timeline Support responses consistently stated that the payout was “with Accounting” or would be processed “over the coming days,” without any concrete details. When I requested a specific date or confirmation from Accounting, Support stated they could not provide that information and ultimately closed the ticket while the payout remains unpaid. I’ve remained professional and attempted to resolve this internally.
