Serious delivery issues, but prompt and honorable final response Review I placed my order on 29 September 2025. After waiting for almost a month with no delivery, I contacted the company on 25 October asking about the status of my order. On 26 October, I was informed that I should expect delivery around 6 November. However, the tracking system later showed the order as “Delivered” on 9 November, without any delivery details whatsoever: no courier name, no country, no address, no signature, and no information about who allegedly received the item. I received nothing. After almost two months of waiting, and faced with a false “delivered” status and no meaningful proof of delivery, I sent a strongly worded formal complaint on 28 November, requesting a refund. Only after that message, the company reacted immediately: the refund was processed via PayPal on 29 November, and the product was also shipped on 29 November, apparently in order to mitigate the consequences of their handling of the case and the growing negative feedback. I eventually received both the refund and the jacket. The product itself is very good quality, and I was later sent discount coupons as well. It should be clearly stated that the company’s immediate reaction at that stage was appropriate and honorable, and this does deserve recognition. Their prompt action helped resolve the situation, even though it came very late in the process. I sincerely hope that what happened in my case will serve as a wake-up call, leading the company to be more careful and consistent with its shipping procedures in the future. I wish them improved service in terms of deliveries and order handling — not in product quality, which I wish to emphasize once again is excellent. Although I genuinely like velvet garments and find the designs advertised on their website impressive, I remain uncertain whether I would order again after the inconvenience and uncertainty I experienced. I am updating this review to reflect the final outcome, while remaining honest about the overall experience.
